Hal's guide
Every Sunday in Stranglethorn Vale, the first to bring Riggle Bassbait forty Speckled Tastyfish wins.
Your fortieth fish could come up anywhere on the coast. The hearthstone puts you a short walk from Riggle.
Counting pole and lures. Below that, some of what bites gets away.
Ten minutes each, so two hours' worth. Running out means a trip back.
One cast in seven is an eel, snapper or blackmouth instead of a Tastyfish.

Yellow dots are the 54 places a school can appear. 26 have one at any time, and they appear at two.
Be on a spot, pole out, before two. Whoever is already standing there gets the first casts.
Go where the crowd isn't. Every school you share is half the fish, and Booty Bay, the red dot, is where everyone starts.
An empty spot takes three minutes to get a new school. There's always another one closer than that.
About one cast in five hundred each, and only from these schools. Forever's Tip the Scales quests also pay three Tastyfish for each; who gives them isn't known yet.
The winners get the Arcanite Fishing Pole and an Extravagant Extravaganza Coin.
The first 50 to turn in win: it's rumored in Forever, but the data isn't in yet.
Short at four? Jang in Booty Bay takes five Speckled Tastyfish for money. The other prizes are on the gear page, and every Extravaganza quest is on the quests page.
